Involvement of consumers to one level of product is the main variable in relation to advertising strategy. Many of researchers in classifying investigate involvement of consumer in relation to products type not based on consumers. However, different groups of involvement, provide different reactions to effectiveness of advertisement for similar products. This article considers classifying the market based on consumer involvements and personal characteristic of them and also investigates the relation between advertising strategy and degree of involvement. It is noteworthy mentioning that in this article, we consider advertising strategy based on two secondary variables which consist of effectiveness of advertising and structure and content of advertisements. The result shows that there is positive relationship between consumer involvements and importance of structure and content of advertisements. Also, there is positive relationship between degree of consumer involvements and hierarchy if effectiveness of advertisements. Consumer high degree of involvement cause high affectivity of advertisements. Thus, consumer involvement is the main and important stimulus for advertising strategy.

Adult learning is a dominant feature of education and training in Jamaica. The Jamaican economy has opened up to international investors who are now seeking employees with new skill sets ranging from change specialist to housekeepers who speak a second language. It is noted that career options are no longer limited to the basics such as Management or Accounting, rather technical and vocational options are available ranging from cosmetology to construction technology. We have also been placed on the alert that the Caribbean Single Market and Economy will increase competition for jobs. All these factors have sent a clear message that lifelong learning and professional certification is now a requirement and not an option.

THE ECONOMIC IMPLICATION OF OIL BOOM ON AGRICULTURAL EXPORTS TRADE INSTABILITY IN NIGERIA: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY

The central issues with which this study is concerned revolve around the major determinants of agricultural export instability in Nigeria. Specifically, the study examined the relationship between oil export and the agricultural export performance in Nigeria. In trying to achieve this objective, an ordinary least square multiple regression approach was adopted for the data analysis. Some statistical tools were employed to determine the statistical significant relationship between these variables. The analysis started with the test of stationarity and co-integration of Nigeria’s time series data. The empirical study found that the data were stationary and co integrated. The multiple regression results showed a significant but negative relationship between oil export and the agricultural export performance in Nigeria. These results were robust to a number of econometric specifications. Our findings and conclusion support the need for the government to diversify the oil sector and encourage agriculture through incentives to farmers, mechanization and positive policy measures. In complement of the above, it is important for the government to consolidate and maintain export incentives comprising a duty draw-back scheme, explicit export bonuses, currency retention scheme and other direct fiscal incentives (such as the exemption of export transactions from stamp duties).

The role of graphic design is successful packaging and printing of a product in exporting, importing to the world market, and consequently increase in producing goods and sales is undeniable. A successful packaging design, with proper design and pictures can be more successful than other competitors and Iran confront many challenges in this respect. In successful packaging, picture is a necessity and beautiful and colorful pictures attract customers. Picture can stimulate people in purchasing a good and tempted them to purchase the good even for one time. In this situation, consumers recognize the good from its packaging. If pictures and designs on packages exist as a defined and continuous process, it can change to a brand. To present graphic design in packaging of a product should have an advertising role in addition to informing, elegance and introducing. Designing a package can be different such as a brochure, poster. It means the design shall be so attracting to persuade the customers to purchase a product.
