His research presents the study and development of a safety device vehicular for children, which has as main objective to create an inexpensive system and easily accessible, which one can minimize the deaths of children when forgotten inside vehicles. The system monitors the presence of the child and the adult and if the child is unattended, the equipment initiates the sequence of warning alarms, which will stop when the system can capture again the adult presence. Tests showed that the equipment works well, requiring only a few adjustments to make it commercial.

This article aims to present a study on the applicability of isolated photovoltaic systems. Therefore, it was necessary to conduct an economic feasibility analysis through a basic dimensioning of a photovoltaic power system, using as basis a residence located in the Serra Catarinense. This discussion was based on studies of Cabral et al (2013), Serrão (2010), and Vasconcelos (2013). The methodology was qualitative and quantitative by analyzing the incidence of solar radiation in Brazil and especially in the region of Serra of Santa Catarina, main focus of the study. This research showed that the main factor that makes this application unfeasible is the lack of incentives from the government, while European countries apply public policies with tax incentives for the implementation of sustainable energy, such as solar, the Brazil begins to crawl with regulations for the use of solar energy. Although still very low in Brazil, it is believed that in the future, this source can be explored and better utilized, since solar power is viable in some regions of Brazil even with the high cost of implementation. In relation to social and ecological aspect, this energy source can reduce the overhead on the electric system, and thus reduces energy dependence on fossil fuels, as well as being a clean source that does not emit gases that damage the ozone layer.

This research presents the study of the construction of a small wind power generation equipment, whose purpose is to demonstrate the process of development and economically feasible of the production of this generator, its objective is to generate economy for a people producing energy with lower cost and minimum Impact environmental. The equipment consists of a generator motor and blades (which are coupled to the motor, where the motors are transformed and transformed the mechanical energy of the fans into electrical energy), the system is assembled with charger and inverter delivering the energy to be consumed with a power of 5000 Watts.

Demand forecasting is a key element in management decision making. With regard to agri-food sector, these methods are also important because they can assist in planning strategies for short or long term. This study aims to determine what advantages and disadvantages of forecasting demand methods and combinations thereof, and to define the most widely used in food sector. A systematic review was adopted as methodological approach, with the period of analysis restricted to the last 10 years. For analysis, we used a sample of 36 articles applied. From this analysis it is possible to determine factors that stand out as not decisive in choosing the method of forecasting demand, such as: type method (qualitative or quantitative), type of product to be analyzed and the country of origin research. However, some factors can be decisive and to assist in choosing the method, such as: the need for accuracy, availability and data analysis time (short or long term).
